12/5/16 – Rev. Tommy Molina – “Do You Believe What You Hear?”
December’s sermon theme series will be: “I’m a Believer.” Christmas is not just a time for gift giving and celebrations, it’s a time to believe. For us to believe in the resurrection, we must first believe that the messiah was born into this world. God was made flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14), He was born of a virgin (Mt. 1:23), He is holy and the Son of God (Lk. 1:35). His birth and resurrection were supernatural events that challenge us to believe in a God that loved us so much that He gave us the gift of His son (Jn. 3:16). What do you believe? Who do you believe in? Do you believe in yourself? This Christmas, let your belief result in glorifying and praising God for all of the things you have heard and seen (Lk. 2:20). Let your belief be the hope and joy to a world that has little left to believe in. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
